I have spent more than 20 years working with Joël Robuchon, in France and abroad. From the opening of l’atelier de Joël Robuchon St Germain, to the opening of l’atelier de Joël Robuchon étoile, and the takeover of l’atelier de Joël Robuchon Hong Kong to preserve the 3 stars in the Michelin guide. I have decided to join the Joël Robuchon International group in order to push forward the name «Joël Robuchon» in the creation of new recipes and restaurant concepts while keeping a close eye and support for the various existing restaurants. It is due to the respect of my values, rigor, humility, team spirit and giving the best of myself that I have never let go and try my best to accomplish this new challenge.
